Crispy Oven-Roasted Broccoli

A side item staple in our house!!! It's so crispy and crunchy...I can never stop eating it! Broccoli is higher in vitamin C than oranges and has WAY less sugar so if you're feeling a little under the weather, eat a head of broccoli instead!!! Or just eat them in general because they are amazing for you and are freaking delicious!

Cook time: 8-10 minutes

Total time: 11 minutes

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Cut broccoli florets on the stem of the head of broccoli and place on a sheet pan lined with non-bleached parchment paper.
  3. Spray evenly with avocado oil spray and season with Bragg's 24 herb seasoning.
  4. Place into the oven, cook for 8 minutes and toss. Cook for another 5-6 minutes until the broccoli is browned and crispy. If you like them extra crispy, broil them on high for 2 minutes.
